I came here a couple of weeks ago and also visited once before, a lovely cafe especially if you love cats. I had the cat Olive sitting on for about 20 minutes straight until she went to go play! I love the decor of the place and the food is great. There are treats and toys available for the cats, i would highly recommend to any cat lovers!
I came here with my wife, I only got some drinks but she got a Panini as well. The food and drink was lovely, the people were great and the cats were amazing! Definitely recommend.
Had an amazing time at this cat cafe in Southend. The afternoon tea was lovely and very well priced. The service was top notch and the atmosphere was so relaxed and calm. The novelty of the cats makes the experience, there were some really interesting characters to meet!
Always love visiting kittea cakes!! Cats are adorable and the staff are always so friendly !! Seated immediately and orders taken quickly. Our orders came very fast and food and drinks were amazing, they do the best milkshakes - really recommend!! Spent time stroking the cats and chatting to staff. Visited here today, lovely bright clean environment and the cats were clearly well loved and well looked after. All were very friendly and quite happily climbed onto empty chairs besides you to say hello! Prices were very reasonable and staff brilliant.. Thank you for a lovely visit!
Great place and setup if you are a lover of cats. You need to book online, through the website and book a suitable time slot. There are certain time slots for younger children but all the details are there. It was simple to book. It was easy to locate, just a short walk from the main city centre. It is very secure entry for kitties safety. The food and drink was enjoyable. Then the rest of the time it was "I spy which cat."
It is a nice little establishment with very friendly staff and cats. There are about 10 cats which freely roam the place and they all like to play and to eat treats! Some cats are more playful than others, and some like to cuddle (I had one sit on my lap for about 10 minute). The food is also very nice and fairly priced. You do have to book in advance, you pay 5 pp for a table, on top of the food. It is a great experience!
